Mr. Rowell Receives Breakthrough Award for THS

Theodore High School has been selected as a 2009 MetLife-NASSP Breakthrough School. The MetLife Foundation in collaboration with the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP) identified schools throughout the country that have shown drastic improvements in student performance. Our school was awarded a $5,000 grant. In addition, Mr. Rowell received an all expense paid trip to the NASSP Convention in San Diego where he served on a panel to present information about our school. Theodore High was featured in the June 2009 special edition of Principal Leadership magazine. Congratulations students, teachers, administrators, and staff!
