Principal's Bio

Mr. Ronald Rowell

Current Principal Ronald Rowell is a graduate of Citronelle High School where he was member of the All State football team and the Honor Society.

He received his Bachelor of Science degree from University West Alabama where he was a member of the baseball team and on the National Dean’s List.

Rowell has a M.S. from Alabama State University, and a M.S. University of South Alabama where he was on the National Dean’s List.

He began teaching at Mobile County High School in Grand Bay, Alabama as a science teacher and as assistant football coach, assistant baseball coach, and head basketball coach. He later moved to Mary G Montgomery High School in Semmes, Alabama as Science Department Head, head track coach, assistant football coach, and later as an Assistant Principal.

Mr. Rowell was named principal of Theodore High School in Theodore, Alabama for the school year 2005-2006. He is married to Tanya and has four children: Blake, 20; Taylor, 17; Malia, 7; and Bailey, 5.
